Once you’ve got the hang of Muse, can tell one end of the reformer from the other and have built up a reasonable amount of fitness, move up to our intermediate classes. These are designed to challenge you and take your fitness to the next level.
BYO MINI MUSE
Designed for parents and their teeny entourage, this is a beginner-level workout where babies are welcome. Any non-mobile bub can be brought along to class and you can stop at any time to tend to your mini Muse!
PRE & POST NATAL
These reformer classes are designed to strengthen and stabilised your body to prepare it for the marathon of pregnancy, birth and beyond, and are safe and suitable for women at all stages of pregnancy.
