FAQ

START YOUR JOURNEY WITH MUSE

Reformer Pilates is on a bed-like frame that uses different weighted spring combinations to create resistance when we move the carriage back and forth. Using a reformer means you can target those small muscle groups, which helps to form long, lean muscles. You can do more exercises than what’s possible on the mat and have a play with a wide range of movements – from sitting and lying on your back or side to balancing on your knees and using your feet.

The most common issue is that you have not selected yes to receiving emails and or text when you signed up. Please sign in to your MindBody account and click yes to receiving emails and or texts so that you receive these notifications. You will always receive receipts but if you don’t select yes to emails you won’t get any booking confirmations etc so it’s important to select yes to receiving emails and texts. Texts are particularly handy when you are on a waitlist and are waiting for a notification about your waitlisted class. If you have selected to receive emails from Muse Pilates Studio, please ensure the emails are not going into junk mail and save Muse Pilates Studio to your contact list.
