For the days when you can’t make it to the studio, here is a simple routine to get you moving and combat the long day at the desk:
Repeat 3 times:
– Ab curl x 20
– Toe taps x 20
– Pilates push ups x 10
– Clams (both sides) x 20
– 1 squat, 1 lunge (both sides) x 10
– Pike x 60 seconds
– Plank x 60 seconds
